Famous friends Drew Barrymore, Cameron Diaz, and Reese Witherspoon donned aprons to take a pasta-making class at The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone during #GT2014, or, Girls Trip 2014, in March 2014.

Tamera Mowry and Adam Housley enjoyed "an amazing Valentine's Day week-end" at The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in February 2016. Tamara posed with the kitchen staff and said, "These kiddos know their stuff! Their hospitality, skill, food and dessert was amazing!"

Tyra Banks shared in May 2016 that she and her mom enrolled in an "intensive Boot Camp" at The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone and that "it changed my life." In addition to "some serious Mama/Daughter bonding" Tyra said her culinary adventure was meant to help her become her son's chef since she did "not want him to grow up thinking that cooking us what happens only in fancy or fast food restaurants."
